With over 30 years of combined real estate experience, the Palomar team takes a unique approach to property management.
Our clients properties have a dedicated property manager who handles all field work such as maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, service contract audits, etc. While the property manager is busy keeping eyes on their properties, our back of house team handles all administrative, accounting, and rent collection services.
This combination enables our team to respond faster, stay organized, and proactively manage properties without the traditional “burn out” associated with multifamily property management.
Our clients enjoy monthly financial reports, customizable to their needs. Those reports are reviewed on monthly calls with their property management team to ensure we are in line with the overall strategy for the property.
